It’s supplement season

From powders to performance, here’s a quick tour of Platter-built supplement stores.

Hey, it’s Cam from Platter 👋

There are only two weeks left in summer, and it feels like everyone I know is either training for a marathon, doing an Ironman, or at least buying supplements like they’re training for one.

And maybe I’m the weird one for not? The global supplement market is already worth over $192 billion and is on track to hit $400+ billion in the next decade. That’s bananas. Basically, everyone’s buying powders or pills to keep up with the jacked influencers they see on their feed.

So this week I’m doing a lightning round of supplement stores we’ve helped build. A shameless plug, I know, but if you’re in the health and wellness space or just running an ecom store, there will be some goodies in here for you.

Gainful

One of my all-time favorites. Premium design meets conversion best practices. They use quizzes to help shoppers find the right protein, social proof everywhere, embedded videos from “scientific advisors,” and logos from major sports leagues. Clean, credible, and impossible not to like.

G Fuel

A cult favorite among gamers, and their store nails the aesthetic: oversized block fonts, bold product imagery, and weekly collabs or drops. The catalog is huge but easy to navigate, and their PDP upsells/cross-sells are on point.

InBloom

Kate Hudson’s wellness brand, designed to feel as holistic as the product. Muted colors, bold branded sections, sticky CTAs, and shoppable videos make this store both beautiful and functional.

Steelfit

Home to one of my favorite bundle builders. Simple to use, volume-based discounts, and on-page links that guide you through shopping without friction.

Kaged

A masterclass in product page optimization. Strong media gallery, loads of positive reviews, sticky CTA, and detailed product info below the fold.

SkyMD

Science-backed hydration done right. From the homepage to product cards, they make it clear why they’re the go-to. If you need inspiration for incorporating third-party reviews, this is a great example.
